Easy Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti
Tender chicken, creamy sauce, and gooey cheese, this recipe is sure to become your new family favorite!
- 8 oz angel hair pasta half of a 16 oz box
- 2 cups cooked chicken chopped
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup (10 oz)
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups Mexican cheese blend divided
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- Dried parsley to garnish optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well.
In the pot, combine pasta, chicken, soup, salsa, sour cream, 1 cup cheese, and taco seasoning. Mix well.
Transfer mixture to the prepared dish. Top with remaining cheese and parsley.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover for the last 5 minutes to brown the cheese.
