Easy Banana Milkshake
A quick, creamy, and naturally sweet drink made with ripe banana, milk, a hint of cinnamon, and ice—perfect for a refreshing treat any time of day.
- 3 large ice cubes
- 240 ml 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 medium ripe banana peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp white sugar or to taste
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Peel and slice the banana. Measure the milk, sugar, and cinnamon. Make sure the ice cubes are firm and not melting.
Put the ice cubes, milk, banana, sugar, and cinnamon in a blender. Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape the sides if needed.
Pour into two glasses and serve right away while cold. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or a banana slice on top if you like.
