Easy Banana Milkshake

A quick, creamy, and naturally sweet drink made with ripe banana, milk, a hint of cinnamon, and ice—perfect for a refreshing treat any time of day.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 large ice cubes
  • 240 ml 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 medium ripe banana peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp white sugar or to taste
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice the banana. Measure the milk, sugar, and cinnamon. Make sure the ice cubes are firm and not melting.
  • Put the ice cubes, milk, banana, sugar, and cinnamon in a blender. Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape the sides if needed.
  • Pour into two glasses and serve right away while cold. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or a banana slice on top if you like.
