Easiest Strawberry Lasagna
Strawberry Lasagna is a no-bake layered dessert featuring sweet strawberries, fluffy cream cheese filling, graham cracker crust, and whipped topping. It's easy, light, and ideal for spring and summer gatherings.
- 1 pound fresh strawberries sliced thin
- 1 package graham crackers
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping like Cool Whip
- ½ cup milk
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping. Chill while prepping the rest.
Line the bottom of a dish with graham crackers, breaking as needed to fit.
Spread half the cream mixture over the crackers evenly.
Top with half the sliced strawberries, covering the surface.
Add another cracker layer, the rest of the cream, and finish with remaining strawberries. Press down gently.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to let it set.
