Doritos Pizza Rolls

Doritos Pizza Rolls are crispy, cheesy, and packed with bold pizza flavor. Egg roll wrappers hold a delicious mix of mozzarella, pizza sauce, and pepperoni, while a crushed Doritos coating gives them an irresistible crunch. Perfect for parties, snacks, or a fun twist on pizza night!

Ingredients
  

  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Filling: Mix pizza sauce, mozzarella, chopped pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Assemble the Pizza Rolls: Place 1-2 tablespoons of filling in the center of an egg roll wrapper. Brush edges with beaten egg, fold in the sides, and roll tightly to seal. Repeat with the rest.
  • Set Up the Breading Station: Add flour to one bowl, pour buttermilk into another, and place crushed Doritos in a third.
  • Coat the Pizza Rolls: Dredge each roll in flour, dip in buttermilk, then coat with crushed Doritos, pressing gently to help crumbs stick.
  • Fry Until Golden: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry pizza rolls in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy and golden. Drain on paper towels before serving.
