Dorito Casserole

Dorito Casserole is a cheesy Tex-Mex bake with crunchy Doritos, seasoned beef, creamy soups, and melted cheese. Easy, comforting, and family-friendly.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag 14 ounces Nacho Cheese Doritos, party size
  • –2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 can 10¾ ounces cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can 10¾ ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can 12 ounces evaporated milk
  • 1 can 4 ounces diced green chilies
  • 2 –3 cups Mexican cheese blend shredded
  • 1 packet taco seasoning optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  • Cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain fat. Stir in taco seasoning if using.
  • Add cheddar cheese soup, cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, and diced green chilies to beef. Heat, stirring until bubbly and smooth.
  • Spread half the Doritos in the dish, lightly crushed. Top with half the meat mixture and 1 cup shredded cheese.
  • Layer remaining Doritos, meat mixture, and cheese on top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until cheese melts, bubbles, and edges brown.
  • Let rest 5 minutes. Serve hot with optional toppings like sour cream, green onions, tomatoes, avocado, or salsa.
