Ingredients
  

  • 2 glazed donuts
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Donuts: Slice each donut in half horizontally to create a sandwich.
  • Cook the Bacon: Fry bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on a paper towel and set aside.
  • Assemble the Sandwich: Place a slice of cheddar on one donut half, add crispy bacon, top with another slice of cheese, and close with the other donut half, cut sides facing in.
  • Grill the Sandwich: Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Grill the sandwich for 2–3 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula until golden brown and caramelized.
  • Add the Maple Glaze: Drizzle maple syrup over the top in the final seconds of cooking, letting it sizzle into a light glaze.
