Dolly Parton’s Broccoli Cheddar Casserole

- 4 cups broccoli florets steamed until just tender
- 1 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 1 sleeve buttery round crackers crushed
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix steamed broccoli, cream soup, sour cream, 1 cup cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until creamy.
Spread the mixture evenly in the dish. Toss crushed crackers with melted butter, then sprinkle over the top along with the remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until golden and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
