Dill Pickle Tortilla Roll Ups
Dill Pickle Tortilla Roll Ups are creamy, tangy, easy to prepare, and perfect for parties, snacks, or make-ahead lunches.
For the Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup dill pickle juice
- ½ cup finely chopped dill pickles
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed optional
For the Roll Ups
- 6 large flour tortillas 8 inch
- 6 to 8 slices deli ham turkey, or corned beef
Beat softened cream cheese with pickle juice until smooth, then mix in chopped pickles, garlic powder, onion powder, and dill; chill 10 minutes if too loose.
Spread the mixture over a tortilla, add a single layer of deli meat; warm tortillas briefly if they crack.
Roll the tortilla tightly and evenly; repeat with remaining tortillas.
Wrap each roll in plastic and chill at least 1 hour (up to 24); freeze 10 minutes if slicing is messy.
Slice into ½-inch pieces with a sharp knife, wiping between cuts, and serve chilled.
