Dill Pickle Tortilla Roll Ups are creamy, tangy, easy to prepare, and perfect for parties, snacks, or make-ahead lunches.

Ingredients
  

For the Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup dill pickle juice
  • ½ cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed optional

For the Roll Ups

  • 6 large flour tortillas 8 inch
  • 6 to 8 slices deli ham turkey, or corned beef

Instructions
 

  • Beat softened cream cheese with pickle juice until smooth, then mix in chopped pickles, garlic powder, onion powder, and dill; chill 10 minutes if too loose.
  • Spread the mixture over a tortilla, add a single layer of deli meat; warm tortillas briefly if they crack.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly and evenly; repeat with remaining tortillas.
  • Wrap each roll in plastic and chill at least 1 hour (up to 24); freeze 10 minutes if slicing is messy.
  • Slice into ½-inch pieces with a sharp knife, wiping between cuts, and serve chilled.
