Deep Hamburger Sausage And Pepperoni Pie
A cheesy, meaty, and crave-worthy dish layered with ground beef, sausage, and pepperoni—baked into a thick, golden pie that’s perfect for family dinners, potlucks, or holiday gatherings.
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ pound ground beef
- ½ pound Italian sausage optional, can be mild or spicy
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 14 oz can pizza sauce or marinara
- 1 pre-made deep-dish pie crust or homemade if you prefer
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Set the deep-dish pie crust in the pie pan.
Brown the ground beef and sausage in a skillet over medium heat, about 6–8 minutes. Drain grease.
Add seasoning and pizza sauce to the meat. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Layer half the meat in the crust, top with mozzarella and pepperoni. Repeat layers.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until cheese is bubbling and crust is golden. Cover edges if browning too fast.
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing to help it set.
