For the Snowballs
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups semi sweet chocolate chips melted
For the Caramel Drizzle
- ½ cup caramel sauce homemade or store bought
Mix peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, graham crumbs, and vanilla into a smooth dough.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined sheet.
Freeze the balls for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
Melt chocolate and dip each chilled ball, letting excess drip off.
Let chocolate set slightly, then drizzle caramel over the top.
Chill 10–15 minutes until firm, then serve.
