Ingredients
  

For the Snowballs

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cups semi sweet chocolate chips melted

For the Caramel Drizzle

  • ½ cup caramel sauce homemade or store bought

Instructions
 

  • Mix peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, graham crumbs, and vanilla into a smooth dough.
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined sheet.
  • Freeze the balls for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
  • Melt chocolate and dip each chilled ball, letting excess drip off.
  • Let chocolate set slightly, then drizzle caramel over the top.
  • Chill 10–15 minutes until firm, then serve.
