Decadent Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownie Bombs
Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownie Bombs are rich brownie bites wrapped around soft cookie dough, dipped in smooth chocolate, and finished with a glossy shell.
Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix prepared and baked
- ½ cup unsalted butter softened
- ½ cup brown sugar packed
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup mini chocolate chips
- 12 oz chocolate candy melts
- Sprinkles optional
Instructions
- Bake brownies per package directions, cool completely.
- Cream butter and sugars, mix in milk and vanilla, add flour, fold in chips.
- Roll cookie dough into small balls and chill briefly.
- Wrap brownie squares around dough balls and seal.
- Dip brownie bombs in melted chocolate.
- Add sprinkles and chill until set.
