These fruity Jello shots are smooth, sweet, and boozy—made with pink Jell-O, vanilla vodka, and coconut rum. Perfect for parties and easy to love.
Ingredients
- 1 box 3 oz strawberry or pink lemonade Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup vanilla vodka
- ¼ cup coconut rum
- ¼ cup cold water
- Optional: Whipped cream & pink sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Stir Jell-O powder into 1 cup boiling water for about 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
- Let it sit for 2–3 minutes to cool slightly so the alcohol won’t evaporate.
- Mix in ½ cup vanilla vodka, ¼ cup coconut rum, and ¼ cup cold water until well combined.
- Carefully pour into shot cups, leaving room for toppings if using.
- Refrigerate 3–4 hours until firm.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkles just before serving. Keep cold and enjoy responsibly!
