Cucumber Ranch Crack Salad
A cool, creamy salad with crisp cucumbers, ranch, cheddar, bacon, and herbs—quick, savory, and crave-worthy.
- 2 –3 cups sliced cucumbers
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried dill or to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Toss sliced cucumbers with ranch dressing in a large bowl until evenly coated.
Mix in cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, and dried dill until well combined.
Add salt and black pepper. Adjust seasoning or dill to your preference.
