Cucumber Ranch Crack Salad

A cool, creamy salad with crisp cucumbers, ranch, cheddar, bacon, and herbs—quick, savory, and crave-worthy.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 –3 cups sliced cucumbers
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried dill or to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Toss sliced cucumbers with ranch dressing in a large bowl until evenly coated.
  • Mix in cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, and dried dill until well combined.
  • Add salt and black pepper. Adjust seasoning or dill to your preference.
  • Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes for enhanced flavor, or serve immediately for a crisp, fresh bite.
