Crunchy Cheese Bacon Doritos Chicken

Juicy chicken breasts are stuffed with a creamy, cheesy filling, then topped with crunchy Doritos and crispy bacon. It’s a fun, family-friendly dinner that’s quick to prepare yet feels like a treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 2 cups crushed nacho cheese Doritos
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Mix softened cream cheese, cheddar, green onions, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth.
  • Pat chicken dry and cut a pocket into each breast without slicing through. Spoon the cream cheese mixture inside and press gently to seal.
  • Brush chicken with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, then press crushed Doritos onto the top for a crunchy coating.
  • Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the chicken and bake for 25–30 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the crust is golden and crisp.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving and garnish with extra green onions if desired.
