Croissant Breakfast Ham And Egg
Buttery croissants filled with ham, egg, and American cheese—crispy, melty, and ready in minutes for a comforting breakfast sandwich.
- 8 croissants
- 8 slices American cheese
- 8 slices ham or bacon
- 8 eggs
- 3 tbsp oil for frying eggs
Slice croissants in half, place cut-side up on a sheet pan, and broil for 2–3 minutes until golden. Watch closely.
Heat oil in a hot skillet. Crack in eggs, break yolks, season, and cook 2–3 minutes. Flip and cook until just set. Remove.
Layer ham or bacon, egg, and cheese on bottom half of each croissant.
Top with lids, wrap, and microwave for 15 seconds until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
