Croissant Breakfast Ham And Egg

Buttery croissants filled with ham, egg, and American cheese—crispy, melty, and ready in minutes for a comforting breakfast sandwich.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 croissants
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 8 slices ham or bacon
  • 8 eggs
  • 3 tbsp oil for frying eggs

Instructions
 

  • Slice croissants in half, place cut-side up on a sheet pan, and broil for 2–3 minutes until golden. Watch closely.
  • Heat oil in a hot skillet. Crack in eggs, break yolks, season, and cook 2–3 minutes. Flip and cook until just set. Remove.
  • Layer ham or bacon, egg, and cheese on bottom half of each croissant.
  • Top with lids, wrap, and microwave for 15 seconds until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
