Crockpot Steak Bites
Juicy, tender steak bites slow-cooked in a savory garlic-soy-Worcestershire sauce, finished with melty butter for rich, bold flavor. An easy, no-fuss crockpot dinner the whole family will love.
- 2 pounds sirloin or stew beef cut into bite-sized cubes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Fresh parsley chopped (optional, for garnish)
Heat a skillet over medium-high, add olive oil, and sear steak cubes in batches until browned. Don’t overcrowd—browning adds rich flavor.
Transfer seared beef to the crockpot and spread into an even layer.
Whisk soy sauce, Worcestershire, garlic, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl until smooth.
Pour sauce over the beef, then place butter on top.
Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until tender.
Stir gently, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot.
