Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna
Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is an easy, no-fuss take on classic lasagna. Made with frozen cheese ravioli, seasoned beef, pasta sauce, and plenty of melty cheese, it’s a simple, comforting meal perfect for busy nights.
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can pasta sauce
- 1 package frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper
Brown the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Mix with sauce: Stir in the pasta sauce and let it heat through for a minute before removing from the stove.
Layer in the crockpot: Spread a thin layer of the beef sauce at the bottom of the crockpot. Add a layer of frozen ravioli, then sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese on top. Repeat the layers, finishing with cheese.
Cook low and slow: Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours, until the ravioli is tender and the cheese is melted.
Serve and enjoy: Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
