Crockpot Pizza Burgers combine everything you love about pizza into a savory, cheesy, slow-cooked sandwich. Made with seasoned ground beef, tangy pizza sauce, gooey mozzarella, and pepperoni, this easy dish is perfect for a weeknight meal or a crowd-pleasing party snack.
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 30 oz pizza sauce
- ½ cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 8 slices mozzarella cheese
- 8 rolls
Brown the beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
Slow cook the mixture: Transfer the beef to a slow cooker, add pizza sauce and pepperoni, and stir. Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 1½–2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Melt the cheese: In the last 30 minutes, stir in shredded mozzarella until melted and gooey.
Assemble the burgers: Place a mozzarella slice on the bottom half of each bun. Spoon the hot pizza mixture over it, then top with the remaining bun halves.
