Crockpot Chicken And Gravy Recipe

Creamy, savory Crockpot Chicken & Gravy made with tender chicken breasts, a rich, seasoned gravy, and minimal prep. Perfect for a cozy, hands-off dinner the whole family will devour.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 packets about 1 ounce each chicken gravy mix
  • 1 can 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Arrange the Chicken: Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the crockpot.
  • Mix the Gravy: Whisk together gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  • Pour and Season: Pour the gravy over the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  • Slow Cook: Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 4 hours, until the chicken is tender and the gravy is bubbling.
  • Shred and Mix: Shred the chicken in the crockpot and mix it into the gravy.
  • Serve: Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
