Crockpot Beef Tips And Noodles

Ingredients
  

For the Beef Tips:

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin tips
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 packet 1 oz brown gravy mix
  • 1 packet 1 oz onion soup mix
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Noodles:

  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon butter optional, for coating cooked noodles

Optional Garnish: Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prep the Ingredients: Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix the beef broth, gravy mix, onion soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl until smooth.
  • Step 2: Slow Cook the Beef: Place the seasoned beef and chopped onion in the Crockpot. Pour the broth mixture over the beef. Stir to coat. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 4–5 hours, until the beef is fork-tender.
  • Step 3: Cook the Noodles: About 20 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and toss with butter if desired.
  • Step 4: Assemble and Serve: Add the cooked noodles to the Crockpot, stirring to coat them in the gravy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
