Crispy Taco Ranch Bites

Mini phyllo shells filled with seasoned taco beef, cheddar, and ranch—crispy, cheesy bites perfect for parties or snacks.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb skinny ground beef
  • 1 oz taco seasoning mix
  • 10 oz can chopped tomatoes with green chiles with juice
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz ranch sauce
  • 5 packs 75 total phyllo cup shells

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment.
  • Brown beef in a skillet over medium heat (6–8 minutes). Drain and return to pan.
  • Stir in taco mix and tomatoes with chiles. Simmer 5 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  • Mix beef, cheddar, and ranch in a large bowl until combined.
  • Spoon filling into phyllo shells without overfilling.
  • Bake 8–10 minutes (12–13 if frozen) until golden and bubbly.
  • Cool 2 minutes and serve warm.
