Crispy Taco Ranch Bites
Mini phyllo shells filled with seasoned taco beef, cheddar, and ranch—crispy, cheesy bites perfect for parties or snacks.
- 1 lb skinny ground beef
- 1 oz taco seasoning mix
- 10 oz can chopped tomatoes with green chiles with juice
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 8 oz ranch sauce
- 5 packs 75 total phyllo cup shells
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment.
Brown beef in a skillet over medium heat (6–8 minutes). Drain and return to pan.
Stir in taco mix and tomatoes with chiles. Simmer 5 minutes. Let cool slightly.
Mix beef, cheddar, and ranch in a large bowl until combined.
Spoon filling into phyllo shells without overfilling.
Bake 8–10 minutes (12–13 if frozen) until golden and bubbly.
Cool 2 minutes and serve warm.
