Crispy Low Carb Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust
Low Carb Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust is a protein rich alternative to traditional pizza dough. Made with cottage cheese, mozzarella, almond flour, and simple seasonings, this crust bakes into a golden base that supports your favorite pizza toppings while keeping carbohydrates low.
- 1 ½ cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until thick and combined.
Spread the mixture on the baking sheet into a round crust about ¼ inch thick.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden and firm.
