Low Carb Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust is a protein rich alternative to traditional pizza dough. Made with cottage cheese, mozzarella, almond flour, and simple seasonings, this crust bakes into a golden base that supports your favorite pizza toppings while keeping carbohydrates low.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until thick and combined.
  • Spread the mixture on the baking sheet into a round crust about ¼ inch thick.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden and firm.
  • Add pizza toppings and bake another 10 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Cool about 3 minutes, then slice and serve.
