Crispy Creamy Cheese Pockets
With just a few ingredients, and you’ll have air-fried feta pockets ready in no time!
- Feta cheese sliced
- 1 tortilla
- Sun-dried tomatoes chopped
- Sun-dried tomato oil from the jar
- 1 egg for egg wash
- Fresh basil leaves
- Sesame seeds
- Honey
Place sliced feta in the center of the tortilla.
Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, and a drizzle of sun-dried tomato oil.
Fold the tortilla into a pocket shape, tucking in the edges to seal.
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden.
Drizzle with honey, garnish with fresh basil, and serve immediately.
