Cottage Cheese Flatbread Crisp is a simple high protein flatbread made with cottage cheese and eggs. Baked until golden and lightly crisp around the edges, it works perfectly for wraps, dipping, or quick family meals.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Blend the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth and creamy.
  • Add salt and garlic powder, then blend again briefly.
  • Pour the mixture onto the tray and spread into a thin even layer.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden around the edges and set in the center.
  • Let the flatbread cool for 5 minutes before handling.
  • Slice into strips, squares, or wrap sized pieces.
  • Serve warm with your favorite fillings, dips, or toppings.
