Crispy Cottage Cheese Chips
Crispy Cottage Cheese Chips are the perfect high-protein, low-carb snack. Made with cottage cheese, cheddar, and a blend of seasonings, they bake into golden, crunchy chips that are both satisfying and nutritious.
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the ingredients: In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded cheddar, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
Shape the chips: Scoop small portions onto the baking sheet and flatten them into thin, round shapes.
Bake until crispy: Bake for 15–20 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the chips turn crispy. Watch closely to avoid burning.
