Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites are golden, bite-sized salmon pieces coated in a bold, creamy, and slightly spicy Bang Bang sauce. They’re quick to prepare, packed with flavor, and perfect for a light meal, appetizer, or snack.

Ingredients
  

  • pounds salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro
  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Salmon: Pat salmon dry and cut into bite-sized cubes. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne (if using).
  • Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Cook the Salmon: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a little olive oil. Cook salmon in a single layer for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Coat in Sauce: Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the salmon or toss gently in a bowl for full coverage.
  • Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with parsley, green onions, or sesame seeds. Serve immediately while crispy.
