- 1½ pounds salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Fresh parsley or cilantro
- Green onions
- Sesame seeds
Prep the Salmon: Pat salmon dry and cut into bite-sized cubes. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne (if using).
Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Cook the Salmon: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a little olive oil. Cook salmon in a single layer for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
Coat in Sauce: Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the salmon or toss gently in a bowl for full coverage.
Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with parsley, green onions, or sesame seeds. Serve immediately while crispy.
