Crispy Air Fryer Chicken And Mozzarella Wraps

Golden and crispy on the outside, creamy and cheesy on the inside, these air fryer chicken & mozzarella wraps are the perfect quick meal or picnic-ready snack. Easy to make and bursting with flavor, they’re crunchy, savory, and delightfully melty.

Ingredients
  

For the Filling:

  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded or finely chopped
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup cream cheese softened
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas or egg roll wrappers for extra crispiness
  • 1 egg beaten (for sealing)
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs Italian-seasoned or plain
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

For Serving (Optional):

  • Marinara sauce or ranch dressing

Instructions
 

  • Mix cooked chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, and seasonings in a bowl until smooth and thick.
  • Place filling on a tortilla, fold the sides, and roll it up tightly. Seal with a bit of beaten egg.
  • Brush each wrap with beaten egg, then roll in a Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture to coat.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly oil the basket and wraps. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
