Crispy Air Fryer Chicken And Mozzarella Wraps
Golden and crispy on the outside, creamy and cheesy on the inside, these air fryer chicken & mozzarella wraps are the perfect quick meal or picnic-ready snack. Easy to make and bursting with flavor, they’re crunchy, savory, and delightfully melty.
For the Filling:
- 1 cup cooked chicken shredded or finely chopped
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup cream cheese softened
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional
For the Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas or egg roll wrappers for extra crispiness
- 1 egg beaten (for sealing)
- ½ cup breadcrumbs Italian-seasoned or plain
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cooking spray or olive oil
For Serving (Optional):
- Marinara sauce or ranch dressing
Mix cooked chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, and seasonings in a bowl until smooth and thick.
Place filling on a tortilla, fold the sides, and roll it up tightly. Seal with a bit of beaten egg.
Brush each wrap with beaten egg, then roll in a Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture to coat.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly oil the basket and wraps. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
