In a large bowl, mix imitation crab meat, cream cheese, Japanese mayo, shredded cheese, green onions, lemon zest, chopped prawns, and black pepper.
Remove the stems from the mushrooms and gently scoop out the insides with a spoon.
Stuff the mushrooms with the creamy filling, about 5-6 tablespoons per mushroom.
Air fry at 380°F for 12 minutes or until crispy outside and creamy inside.
