Creamy Stuffed Mushrooms

These Creamy Stuffed Mushrooms are the perfect savory comfort food, and all you need is an air fryer!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Portobello mushrooms
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat shredded
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Japanese mayo
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • ½ tbsp lemon zest
  • ½ cup prawns or shrimp chopped (optional)
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix imitation crab meat, cream cheese, Japanese mayo, shredded cheese, green onions, lemon zest, chopped prawns, and black pepper.
  • Remove the stems from the mushrooms and gently scoop out the insides with a spoon.
  • Stuff the mushrooms with the creamy filling, about 5-6 tablespoons per mushroom.
  • Air fry at 380°F for 12 minutes or until crispy outside and creamy inside.
  • Optionally, garnish with seaweed powder and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
