Creamy Spicy Shrimp With Broccoli is a fast skillet dinner featuring tender shrimp, crisp broccoli, and a lightly spicy cream sauce finished with Parmesan, perfect for busy weeknights that still call for bold flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste or hot sauce
  • Fresh parsley or chili flakes for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season shrimp with paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt until evenly coated.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat and sear shrimp 1–2 minutes per side, then remove.
  • Lower heat to medium and sauté garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add broccoli and broth, cover, and steam 3–4 minutes until tender crisp.
  • Stir in heavy cream, chili paste, and Parmesan, simmering 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat, cooking 1–2 minutes more.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with parsley or chili flakes, and serve hot.
