Creamy Pickle Bombs

Creamy Pickle Bombs are crisp, tangy bites filled with a rich cheese and bacon mixture, chilled until firm and perfect for easy, no-cook snacking.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 to 8 large dill pickles
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup cooked bacon finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives or green onions
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Slice pickles, scoop centers, pat dry.
  • Mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, chives, spices.
  • Fill pickles, press lightly.
  • Add bacon bits or chili flakes.
  • Chill 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Serve cold.
