Creamy Noodles
Creamy Noodles is a quick and comforting pasta dish made with tender egg noodles tossed in a rich garlic-infused cream sauce, Parmesan cheese, and Italian herbs. Perfect for a satisfying late-night meal or a simple weeknight dinner.
- 8 oz egg noodles or pasta of your choice
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half for a lighter version
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish optional
Step 1: Cook the noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Step 2: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 3: Pour in heavy cream, simmer gently for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Step 4: Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth. Add milk or pasta water if too thick.
Step 5: Toss the cooked noodles in the sauce until well coated, warming gently if needed.
