Creamy Noodles

Creamy Noodles is a quick and comforting pasta dish made with tender egg noodles tossed in a rich garlic-infused cream sauce, Parmesan cheese, and Italian herbs. Perfect for a satisfying late-night meal or a simple weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz egg noodles or pasta of your choice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half for a lighter version
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Cook the noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • Step 2: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Step 3: Pour in heavy cream, simmer gently for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Step 4: Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth. Add milk or pasta water if too thick.
  • Step 5: Toss the cooked noodles in the sauce until well coated, warming gently if needed.
  • Step 6: Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
