Creamy Italian Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 oz spaghetti or fettuccine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Boil spaghetti or fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Step 2: Sprinkle chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken over medium-high heat until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  • Step 3: In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring until combined.
  • Step 4: Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle in Italian seasoning and stir until the sauce thickens.
  • Step 5: Return the chicken to the skillet. Add cooked pasta and toss until evenly coated in the creamy sauce.
  • Step 6: Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
