Creamy Garlic Pickle Pizza

A thin-crust pizza topped with creamy garlic-pickle sauce, tangy dill pickles, mozzarella, and parmesan—a bold twist on classic comfort food.

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic peeled and smashed
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 –2 tsp water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 package 13 oz thin-crust pizza dough
  • 2 –3 dill pickles thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Set your oven to 400°F. If you're using a pizza stone, let it heat for 20 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix garlic, sour cream, mayo, water, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Roll the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on parchment paper or a floured surface.
  • Spread the garlic sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edge.
  • Place thin pickle slices all over the sauce in one even layer.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella on top, then add parmesan.
  • Bake for 16–20 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for 3 minutes, then slice and serve hot.
