Set your oven to 400°F. If you're using a pizza stone, let it heat for 20 minutes.
In a bowl, mix garlic, sour cream, mayo, water, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until smooth.
Roll the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on parchment paper or a floured surface.
Spread the garlic sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edge.
Place thin pickle slices all over the sauce in one even layer.
Sprinkle mozzarella on top, then add parmesan.
Bake for 16–20 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for 3 minutes, then slice and serve hot.
