Creamy Garlic Butter Steak Alfredo Tortellini
Garlic Butter Steak Alfredo Tortellini is a rich, creamy, family friendly dinner featuring tender steak bites, cheese filled tortellini, and silky homemade Alfredo sauce finished with fresh parsley.
For the steak bites
- 1 pound sirloin or ribeye steak cut into bite sized cubes
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
For the tortellini and Alfredo sauce
- 18 ounces refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For garnish
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Boil salted water, cook tortellini about 8 minutes, drain, toss with olive oil.
Melt butter, sauté garlic 30 seconds, sear steak 2–3 minutes per side, season and set aside.
Melt butter, add cream, simmer, whisk in Parmesan until thick, season and loosen with pasta water if needed.
Add tortellini to sauce and toss, simmer 2 minutes.
Serve topped with steak, drizzle garlic butter, garnish parsley and Parmesan.
