Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken Bowties With Mozzarella Sauce
A creamy, garlicky pasta dish that combines tender chicken, buttery sauce, and melted mozzarella for the ultimate family dinner. Perfect for busy weeknights or when you need comfort in a bowl.
- 8 ounces bowtie pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until golden and tender, about 6–8 minutes.
Stir in minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually add shredded mozzarella, stirring until smooth and creamy. If the sauce becomes too thick, thin it with a splash of milk.
Add the pasta to the sauce and toss until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Finish with chopped parsley and serve warm for a comforting, cheesy dinner.
