Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken Bowties With Mozzarella Sauce

A creamy, garlicky pasta dish that combines tender chicken, buttery sauce, and melted mozzarella for the ultimate family dinner. Perfect for busy weeknights or when you need comfort in a bowl.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces bowtie pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts diced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until golden and tender, about 6–8 minutes.
  • Stir in minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually add shredded mozzarella, stirring until smooth and creamy. If the sauce becomes too thick, thin it with a splash of milk.
  • Add the pasta to the sauce and toss until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Finish with chopped parsley and serve warm for a comforting, cheesy dinner.
