Boil the peeled potatoes until soft. Add mozzarella cheese, butter, garlic powder, vegeta, and salt to taste.
Mash until smooth using a stick blender.
Add breadcrumbs to the mashed potatoes and mix well. Set aside.
In a saucepan over medium heat, sauté the diced onions in vegetable oil.
Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned.
Stir in the diced capsicums, corn, garlic powder, paprika, Italian herbs, Moroccan spices, curry powder, and vegeta.
Add salt to taste and cream cheese, mixing until well combined.
In a baking tray, spread the chicken mix evenly. Form the mashed potatoes into balls and place them on top of the chicken layer.
Pour thickened cream over the potatoes, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly. Enjoy!
