Creamy Chicken Garlic Tortellini
Chicken Garlic Tortellini is a creamy one pan dinner packed with tender chicken, cheese filled tortellini, broccoli, and a rich garlic Parmesan sauce.
- 12 oz cheese tortellini
- 2 chicken breasts chopped into small chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- Italian herbs plus salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley chopped
Cook tortellini in salted boiling water, drain.
Brown chicken in olive oil 6–8 minutes to 165°F.
Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Stir in cream and broth, simmer 3–4 minutes.
Add Parmesan until sauce is creamy.
Cook broccoli 3–4 minutes until tender crisp.
Toss in tortellini and chicken to coat.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
