Creamy Chicken Garlic Tortellini

Chicken Garlic Tortellini is a creamy one pan dinner packed with tender chicken, cheese filled tortellini, broccoli, and a rich garlic Parmesan sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz cheese tortellini
  • 2 chicken breasts chopped into small chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • Italian herbs plus salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook tortellini in salted boiling water, drain.
  • Brown chicken in olive oil 6–8 minutes to 165°F.
  • Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
  • Stir in cream and broth, simmer 3–4 minutes.
  • Add Parmesan until sauce is creamy.
  • Cook broccoli 3–4 minutes until tender crisp.
  • Toss in tortellini and chicken to coat.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
