- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked and diced
- 2 packages 10 ounces each frozen broccoli cuts cooked and drained
- 2 cans 10 ¾ ounces each 98 percent fat free cream of chicken soup
- ¾ cup non fat evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup Italian flavored dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350°F; grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Mix diced chicken with well drained broccoli.
Whisk soup, evaporated milk, and lemon juice until smooth.
Combine sauce with chicken and broccoli; stir gently.
Transfer mixture to dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly on top.
Mix bread crumbs with Parmesan; sprinkle over cheese.
