Ingredients
  

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked and diced
  • 2 packages 10 ounces each frozen broccoli cuts cooked and drained
  • 2 cans 10 ¾ ounces each 98 percent fat free cream of chicken soup
  • ¾ cup non fat evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup Italian flavored dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F; grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Mix diced chicken with well drained broccoli.
  • Whisk soup, evaporated milk, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Combine sauce with chicken and broccoli; stir gently.
  • Transfer mixture to dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly on top.
  • Mix bread crumbs with Parmesan; sprinkle over cheese.
  • Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Rest 5 minutes before serving.
