- 1½ cups cottage cheese
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1½ cups broccoli florets finely chopped
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese freshly shredded
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Chop broccoli into small pieces, steam 2 minutes until tender crisp, then pat dry.
Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9 inch pie dish.
