Baked Mexican Cheese Dip is a rich, creamy, and slightly spicy baked cheese dip made with cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, and salsa, making it perfect for parties, family gatherings, or quick snack nights.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup hot salsa

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350º F (175º C), prepare baking dish.
  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, and salsa until smooth.
  • Spread evenly into baking dish.
  • Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
  • Cool 5 minutes, then serve warm.
