Ingredients
  

  • 2 blocks cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup chipped dried beef chopped (reserve ¼ cup for coating)
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine softened cream cheese with chopped chipped beef (reserve ¼ cup), green onions, cheddar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  • Shape into a ball, wrap in plastic, and chill for 1 hour to firm.
  • Unwrap and roll in the reserved chipped beef and extra green onions, pressing to coat evenly.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy with crackers, pretzels, or sliced veggies.
