Cream Cheese Tortilla Bites
Cream Cheese Tortilla Bites are creamy, cheesy, and loaded with fresh flavor—perfect for parties, picnics, or quick snacks.
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz 1 package cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese or your favorite cheese
- ¼ cup finely chopped green onions
- ¼ cup diced bell peppers optional
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, green onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until creamy.
Lay a tortilla flat and spread a thin, even layer of the mixture across it. Roll tightly, wrap in plastic, and chill for 30 minutes to firm.
Unwrap, slice into 1-inch rounds, and arrange on a platter. Serve cold or at room temperature.
