Cream Cheese Bacon Stuffed Doritos
Cream Cheese Bacon Stuffed Doritos are a party-perfect snack featuring crispy Doritos filled with a creamy, smoky cheese and bacon mixture. Easy to make, fun to eat, and guaranteed to disappear fast!
Main Ingredients:
- 1 bag 275 g Doritos, any flavor
- 1 package 227 g cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped (optional, for garnish)
Fry or microwave the bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels. Once cooled, crumble into small pieces.
Mix softened cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl until smooth. Microwave briefly if too firm.
Pick out the biggest, whole chips and gently open one edge to form a pocket.
Use a piping bag, zip-top bag, or spoon to stuff each chip with 1–2 teaspoons of filling. Handle gently to avoid breaking.
Place stuffed chips in a single layer on a tray and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
Top with chopped chives just before serving. Enjoy chilled or at room temp for best texture.
