Cream Cheese Bacon Chicken Pasta

Creamy bacon chicken pasta with tender chicken, crispy bacon, and rich cream cheese sauce—easy to make, family-approved, and perfect for busy nights.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pasta penne or fusilli
  • 1 lb chicken thighs diced
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 6 slices bacon chopped
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Cook chopped bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside. Leave 1 tbsp grease, add oil and onion, and sauté until soft. Stir in garlic for 30 seconds.
  • Add diced chicken, season, and cook until golden and fully cooked.
  • Lower heat. Add cream cheese, broth, and milk. Stir until smooth. Return bacon and mix.
  • Toss in cooked pasta, stirring to coat. Add pasta water if needed.
  • Adjust seasoning. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot.
