Cream Cheese And Smoky Stuffed Doritos

Crunchy Doritos stuffed with a smoky cream-cheese blend, coated in panko breadcrumbs, then fried or baked until golden, melty, and irresistible.

Ingredients
  

Filling

  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • ¼ cup crispy turkey bits or smoked tofu crumbles
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions

Coating & Assembly

  • 1 bag Nacho Cheese or Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Cooking oil for frying or baking

Instructions
 

  • Mix cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, spices, turkey (or tofu), and green onions.
  • Refrigerate filling for 10+ minutes.
  • Sandwich filling between two whole chips, pressing gently.
  • Set up bowls for flour + salt, beaten egg, and panko.
  • Dip stuffed Doritos in flour, egg, then panko.
  • Cook:
    Fry: Pan-fry in ½-inch oil, 1–2 mins per side.
    Bake: Bake at 375°F for 10–12 mins, flipping halfway.
  • Drain if fried. Serve warm with dip or extra green onions.
