Cream Cheese And Bacon Stuffed Doritos Chicken

Tender chicken breasts stuffed with a creamy bacon and cheese filling, coated in crushed Doritos, and baked to golden perfection—this weeknight dinner is rich, fun, and irresistibly crispy.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked bacon crumbled (about 6 slices)
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup Doritos crushed (Cool Ranch or Classic)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, season with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, ranch, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  • Fill each chicken pocket with the mixture and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  • Crush Doritos in a zip-top bag and press onto the chicken to coat.
  • Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet, sear chicken for 2–3 minutes per side until golden, then bake for 20–25 minutes or until it reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove toothpicks, slice, and serve warm with the creamy filling and crisp Dorito crust.
