Cream Cheese And Bacon Stuffed Doritos Chicken
Chicken breasts stuffed with creamy cheese and bacon, coated in Doritos, then baked until golden—crispy, cheesy, and totally irresistible.
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cream cheese softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cooked bacon crumbled
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup crushed Doritos any flavor
- Cooking spray or oil
Heat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and pepper until smooth.
Slice a pocket in each chicken breast and fill with the cheese mixture. Use toothpicks if needed to seal.
Crush Doritos and press onto the chicken to coat all sides.
Place in the dish and bake 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and topping is crisp.
Let rest 5 minutes. Serve warm for melty, crunchy goodness.
