Cream Cheese And Bacon Stuffed Doritos Chicken

Chicken breasts stuffed with creamy cheese and bacon, coated in Doritos, then baked until golden—crispy, cheesy, and totally irresistible.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup crushed Doritos any flavor
  • Cooking spray or oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and pepper until smooth.
  • Slice a pocket in each chicken breast and fill with the cheese mixture. Use toothpicks if needed to seal.
  • Crush Doritos and press onto the chicken to coat all sides.
  • Place in the dish and bake 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and topping is crisp.
  • Let rest 5 minutes. Serve warm for melty, crunchy goodness.
