Cream Cheese And Bacon Stuffed Doritos Chicken
Loaded with creamy cheese and crispy bacon, all wrapped in a crunchy Doritos crust, this dish is absolutely worth the extra workout!
- 4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
- 1 cup cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 cups nacho cheese-flavored Doritos crushed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 tbsp milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
Mix cream cheese, bacon, and mozzarella. Stuff chicken with the mixture.
Set up the breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with eggs and milk, and one with crushed Doritos.
Coat the chicken in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally press into the crushed Doritos.
Sear chicken in hot olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Let rest, serve and enjoy!
