Crack Chicken Lasagna
Crack Chicken Lasagna is a creamy, indulgent take on classic lasagna, featuring shredded chicken, crispy bacon, ranch dressing, and a blend of cheeses layered with lasagna noodles and Alfredo sauce. A guaranteed crowd-pleaser!
For the Chicken Mixture:
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup cooked crumbled bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
For the Lasagna Layers:
- 9 lasagna noodles cooked al dente
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce store-bought or homemade
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set it aside.
In a bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in the baking dish. Place three lasagna noodles on top. Spread one-third of the chicken mixture over the noodles, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Repeat the layers two more times, ending with Alfredo sauce and a topping of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with extra bacon or parsley if desired.
