Crack Chicken Lasagna

Crack Chicken Lasagna is a creamy, indulgent take on classic lasagna, featuring shredded chicken, crispy bacon, ranch dressing, and a blend of cheeses layered with lasagna noodles and Alfredo sauce. A guaranteed crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Mixture:

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

For the Lasagna Layers:

  • 9 lasagna noodles cooked al dente
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce store-bought or homemade
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set it aside.
  • In a bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in the baking dish. Place three lasagna noodles on top. Spread one-third of the chicken mixture over the noodles, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  • Repeat the layers two more times, ending with Alfredo sauce and a topping of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  • Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with extra bacon or parsley if desired.
