Crack Breakfast Casserole
Crack Breakfast Casserole is a cheesy, savory dish packed with bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, and eggs. Ideal for brunch, meal prep, or feeding a crowd, this easy casserole is sure to be a hit!
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 lb bacon
- 12 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup green onions
- 1 package frozen hash browns
Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, brown the breakfast sausage, breaking it apart as it cooks. Set both aside.
Whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl until smooth.
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Layer frozen hashbrowns, followed by sausage, bacon, and egg mixture. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, until eggs are set and cheese is golden brown.
Let casserole sit for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
